Add QC Tool information as part of the Advanced WHFS Course now being developed. |
According to Jeff Zimmerman in Aug 2004, training is provided on the QC tools in
WHFS in the Advanced WHFS course. Specifically, the training covers QC data flow, setting up the QC
parameters, viewing data which has been flagged as bad or questionable,
and ramifications to the "downstream applications" for data which has
been flagged as bad or questionable. Also, the training engages the students in discussion
on how and if they have implemented the QC tools into their
hydro operations. The QC material is a formal part of the agenda and scope of the course.
