Threshold Criteria for Ice Jam Potential - This breakout session worked on details of NWS implementation of research conducted by Dr. Steve Daly of CRREL.

National Ice Database and Web Entry Form - This breakout session discussed an approach to developing an ice database and web entry form.

National Snow Maps - NOHRSC collected requirements for national maps of snow depth, SWE, and snowfall and set out a plan for implementation.

Accurate Snow Water Equivalent Data Collection - Group developed a list of actions to improve the quality of SWE collected by NWS.

Use of SNODAS in NWSRFS - Group discussed approaches to using SNODAS information in the hydrologic model.

AHPS Proposals - Suggestions for AHPS web page changes to improve information dissemination to customers in cold regions.
