| If there is any type of staff gage at the site, describe it's location below; if no staff exists, choose an arbitrary, but relatively permanent, reference, such as low steel, pier footing, top of culvert, etc. Reference location of point to feet upstream/downstream of bridge/building/other on left/right (looking downstream) bank. If possible, mail a sketch or photo.
